The World According To Your Child Kit and Book

The World According To [Your Child] is a personalized book that makes it easy to capture this precious stage in your child's life. This stunning, 20-page professionally typset hardcover book features the child's own drawings and classic comments about his or her world. For boys and girls ages 4-12. Size of book is 11" x 8 1/2".

Order a kit for your own child or as a gift. The kit includes interview questions to ask the child, such as what the child wants to be when he or she grows up, the child's favorite things, and more. Color markers and drawing sheets are provided for the child to do 6 drawings, including a self-portrait. Once we receive the child's interview answers and drawings, we will produce a beautifully printed book that's ready for all-about-me storytime!

The price includes the kit, the first copy of the professionally printed book, and shipping this first copy of the book to the recipient once we receive the child's materials. A recipient of the kit in the U.S. will have no additional fees to receive their book. The kit includes an option to order additional copies of the same book. The books make very special grandparent gifts!

The kit includes:

1. Instructions with interview questions for the parent to ask the child. We personalize the interview questions, using the child's information that you provide above.
2. 8 Color markers
3. Drawing sheets requesting the child to do 6 drawings: a self-portrait, drawing of the family, how the child writes his or her name, the child as a superhero, the child's favorite toy, and the favorite place that the child has visited. The drawings can just be a few lines or scribbles, and the book will still be very colorful and fun. The goal is to capture this stage in the child's life!
4. Postage-paid envelope for the parent to submit the interview answers and drawing to us, so that we can print the book.
5. All of these items are in a designer box.

The parent can take as long as needed for the child to complete the interview and drawings. (It usually takes 1-2 hours to answer the questions and to do the drawings.) Once we receive the child's completed materials, we will make the book and it will arrive approximately 3 weeks later. We are not able to expedite the production of this highly customized book. We will cover the cost to ship the first copy of the completed book with domestic delivery.
