We do our best to ensure your order is shipped in a timely manner. Please note the expected ship time for each product. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by phone or email. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. We can ship to 48 contiguous US addresses only at this time. If you are located within Hawaii or Alaska, please email or call for a shipping quote.

FURNITURE DELIVERY SURCHARGE

Gliders, Ottomans, Headboards, rugs, paint and other large items that are bulky and/or heavy, may have an additional furniture delivery surcharge. This charge is listed on the item page and may automatically be added to your Shipping cost at checkout.

Free shipping is done via ground service through a carrier of our choice.

RETURNS

We will accept returns on most items, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:

Returns must be made within 20 days of receiving purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories. We will not accept returns after 20 days of receipt or merchandise. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items including original shipping charges (if free shipping was offered actual rates incurred by lil-tots.com will be deducted from return.

Any return will result in the actual shipping charge for that order being deducted from the refund amount.

ITEMS THAT MAY NOT BE RETURNED:

• Item Codes beginning with the letter 'S' are Final Sale Items.
• Monogrammed, engraved or personalized items.
• Holiday Themed Items
• Beauty and Hygiene Products (baby bottles, dinnerware, lotions, soaps, etc.)
• Custom Ordered Merchandise (as described within the items description)
• Wall Border or Wall Coverings
• Wall Paint (due to shipping regulations)
• Clearance items listed as Final Sale.

Please note that shipping and gift wrapping charges are NOT refundable.

In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). To do so, please email customercare@liltots.com with the reason for the return. You will then be provided with an RMA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled once the item is shipped, however it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order.

ADDRESS CORRECTIONS

When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.
